Complimentary Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders that are not express shipments. For express shipping, 2-day delivery within the continental USA, the flat rate is $10.50 for boxed sets and $7.50 for all other express orders. We cannot ship overnight unless special arrangements and higher charges are made by emailing us at customerservice@oyveybaby.com .

Shipping Carriers

We use the United State Postal Service as our standard carriers.

Shipping Times

All orders place will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders place over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days.


PO Boxes & APO Boxes

Sorry, but we do not ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition, with original packaging within 30 days from time of purchase.
For items purchased on www.oyveybaby.com, we offer a full refund (with the exception of shipping expenses associated with the order) if items are returned in their original condition within 30 days of time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved designing them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you a refund or exchange for our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product.

To receive your refund for an item that you wish to return that you purchased from oyveybaby.com within the last 30 days, mark the original lading bill, Refund and simply ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit card.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item the same day. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships so you know it’s on its way.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
